Refund policy

At Elowen, we carefully inspect every bag before it ships to ensure it meets our quality standards. Because of this, all sales are considered final.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, we absolutely want to make it right.

Please email us at julia@elowenstudio.store within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Your order number

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.

We kindly ask that items remain unused and in their original packaging when reporting any concerns.
